Cancellation by First 2 Aid Inc.

Occasionally, we have to cancel a course ourselves — this section covers what happens if we do.

Courses may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness or emergency, severe weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, you'll be offered either a transfer to another available course at no additional cost, or a full refund of all fees paid — your choice.

First 2 Aid Inc. is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel costs, lost wages, childcare expenses, or other incidental costs you may incur as a result of a cancelled course.

Example: If a winter storm forces us to cancel a Saturday course, you'd be offered a seat in the next available session or a full refund — but we wouldn't be able to reimburse, say, a hotel booked for the weekend around it.
