Rescheduling Requests
Rescheduling fees scale with how much notice you give — the same three windows used for cancellations apply here.
- More than 7 days before the course: Free (limited to one transfer).
- 3–7 days before the course: $35.
- Less than 72 hours before the course: $75.
- Second or subsequent transfer: An additional administrative fee applies on top of the tier above.
Example: If you reschedule once, 5 days out, that's $35. If you then need to reschedule again before attending, the second move adds another administrative fee rather than being free or flat-rate.

Q: How many times can I reschedule for free?
Once, and only if it's more than 7 days before your original course date. Every reschedule after that carries a fee.
